Have you ever felt "off" for no particular reason?

Every three months, I get to spend five days on the Pacific Ocean learning about Jesus.

I am currently in my Masters program learning how to love people bigger. Luckily, I have the opportuntiy to stay in one of the dorm rooms. Even now, as I write this blog, I hear the waves crashing against the rocks outside the window. This week in class, we are studying a man named John Wesley. He was a pillar of Christianity and led thousands to think about God as a being of love.

With all of his amazing accomplishments, he still had his personal struggles. One day he wrote to his brother saying,

I am not a Christian, I don’t feel love nor fear but simply a nothingness.
— John Wesley (Paraphrase)

For some reason, as our professor was speaking these words, I had a feeling of gratitude. It's relieving to know a man of his stature still felt... off. I learned today that it's okay to feel, off. I would go as far as to say it's a part of the human experience.

Today, when you feel off, take assurance that it's natural
