We all have invisible barriers keep us from rising to a greater level of joy in our lives. Many of us, hold ourselves captive with self-limiting beliefs. For some of us it might be our belief that we will never lose the weight, for others it might be the unrelenting idea that we are not smart enough.

How can we not limit ourselves?

  1. Be acutely aware of your own glass ceilings- The first step is realizing you have a problem. The question is, what is the problem?

  2. Psychologically realize that you could break the glass- This can be the hardest step. We have to believe that our new chapters don’t have to be written like the old ones. Yes, you can change.

  3. Develop habits that are attached to goals in order to break the ceiling- This is where the rubber meets the road. We need to create an action plan going forward so that your new mindset can turn into practical change.
