I want to learn from you. Since I've started the blog I have consistently been telling you what I've been learning. This has been great but my goal for my online presence is not to teach as much as it is to create a space where we can teach each other.

That is why we are heading into our next four week series on Healthy Measures. This series is all about learning small measures from each other in order to maintain our personal well being.

This week we are focusing on physical health. The question for the week is this:

What is one small step you take to maintain your physical health?

This could be anything, something big or something small. A little tip to help someone else or to spark a conversation on health is what I am hoping for! I would strongly encourage you to post in the Facebook Group sometime in the next couple of days!
