Align Passion
My church just finished up our first ever conference. Over the course of the weekend, I will work a total of 30 hours. This won't beat any record but it is a lot of time to be spent! Let me tell you though, I don't feel drained, I actually feel energized.
Why?
It's truly special to be a part of something that is bigger than myself AND is making a difference. I am blessed to be working 40 hours (sometimes 60) helping to mend the thing that breaks my heart: Community. I am lucky to get paid to do the thing that I love. I don't ever want to forget to align my passion with the work I do day in and day out.
