A Vision Worthy to be Followed
Why can I not inspire those around me?
The key: People want to be challenged. It is very easy to ask for a little bit, thinking that only a little bit can be done. The thing this, people can do a lot more than we think they can, we just have to invite them into a bigger story. Often times, the visions that we have for people are small:
“I believe that you can do your homework” instead of
“I believe that you can lead a revolution in our world, a part of that journey must be completing your homework.”
We have to invite people into something that is bigger than themselves. If you are successful in this, they are capable of so much.
